Every client is provided free assistance from one of our licensed agents. We do not have pages of fine print outlining ways we can avoid doing what we advertise. Instead, simply meet the qualifications below.

Qualification Guidelines:

• You must not have learned of the property before registering with NVARentals.com
• You must lease at a property found on our website, or at a property referred to you by one of our licensed agents
• You must notify your agent prior to visiting communities, so that in the event a community requires pre-registration, our agent is capable of fulfilling this requirement
• You must list Northern VirginiaRentals on the Guest card and Rental Application (This must be done in order to be eligible for the $125 Visa® gift card)
• Northern Virginia Rentals only allows 1 gift card per apartment
• You must not be moving from a sister property
• You must have never before lived in the community where you lease
• You must not be transferring (on-site transfer) from within the same property
• You must sign at least a 1-year lease to be eligible for the gift card offer
• If the referral fee from the participating community is below our minimum requirements, then we reserve the right to offer a reduced gift card offer in place of our full gift card offer
• All gift card requests must be submitted via our lease confirmation form within 60 days of your lease start date
• You must read and understand the following: Gift Card Terms/Conditions, and this Disclaimer
• Your rental rate* must be at least $950.00 (if less than $950.00, you will be eligible for a reduced gift card rebate)

*The rental rate is the effective average rent

Third Party Data: Northern Virginia Rentals is proud to offer the most updated and comprehensive apartment data available online. The apartment data that Northern Virginia Rentals provides its customers is supplied and updated by a third party data provider. This includes all rental information, specials, availability, and all other community data that is made available to customers through our website and/or agent assistance. Although Northern Virginia Rentals makes reasonable efforts to ensure this data is updated regularly, we cannot and do not claim to guarantee the accuracy of this data.

Non-Payment by Property: Customer acknowledges that if for any reason a property decides not to pay our referral commission, this will constitute a retraction of our gift card offer. Customer understands that if the apartment community does not pay the referral fee based on the guidelines listed above or for any other reason (i.e. if you skip or get evicted from the community) you will not receive your gift card.
