Gift Card Terms/Conditions

• You must lease at a property found on our website, or a property referred to you by one of our licensed agents
• Should the selected property withhold consent or not compensate Northern Virginia Rentals, the gift card offer will be void
• Give cards will only be sent after your apartment community has paid Northern Virginia Rentals referral invoice
• Gift Cards are typically mailed within 8 to 16 weeks, depending on your property’s invoice processing time
• There will be only one gift card per apartment lease
• Your rental rate* must be at least $950.00 (if less than $950.00, you will be eligible for a reduced cash back rebate offer)
  *The rental rate is the effective average rent
• All customers must complete our Lease Confirmation form to qualify.
• All requests must be submitted within 60 days of lease start date
